These General Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors of the site www.makeupstuff.pt as well as to any commercial transactions through this virtual store.

The navigation on the site and the purchase of any product in www.makeupstuff.pt imply the acceptance of all the following points.

The Makeup Stuff reserves the right to change these conditions without prior notice, and any changes published on the site www.makeupstuff.pt.

Makeup Stuff guarantees complete confidentiality of all data provided. Your storage is intended solely and exclusively to facilitate the customer experience on the Makeup Stuff site, and you can more quickly access all products, place orders and receive communications about beauty programs, promotions or any other relevant content for visitors from the website.

At any time, the visitor or client may ask to unsubscribe from the newsletter by simply filling out the contact form with your name and e-mail indicating "I do not intend to receive further communications from Makeup Stuff."

At any time you can access your account and change your personal data.


Payment methods

Makeup Stuff provides payment via Paypal or credit card or Hipay to make your purchases with total security and convenience.


Shipping and return

All orders placed are shipped within 3 business days, if all products in the order are available.

This time limit can be changed if there is no momentary availability of one or more products of the order. If any of the products are unavailable, the customer will be contacted and informed of the time frame for replenishing stock.

If you do not want to wait for the replacement of the missing product, you can choose a substitute product or cancel the order.

In the case of replacement of the order, a settlement must be made.

If you wish to cancel this product (s), the remaining order will be sent immediately and the value of the canceled product (s) will be returned to the customer.

Makeup Stuff sends to worldwide through the CTT (Official Post Offices of Portugal).

The delivery time will vary depending on the destination and the handling time at the destination couriers.

Shipping to mainland Portugal: 1 business day

Madeira and Azores: Between 2 and 15 working days, depending on the chosen transport service (airplane or boat).

Europe: up to 3 business days

International orders: Between 7 and 20 business days.

Delivery times may vary in certain exceptional periods of greater flow, for example in the holiday period or Christmas season. We suggest that in these times, anticipate your purchases in order to receive all orders without problems.

In the case of non-Community orders, delays in delivery may occur due to customs inspection. Makeup Stuff can not intervene to speed up this situation but whenever you need help you can contact us.


Delivery time

Carriers do not allow you to set a specific time for delivery of your order, so it is important to mention a delivery address that is most likely to be received during working hours, for example your workplace.

In the event that no one is in the address to receive the merchandise, a notice will be left in the mailbox requesting the contact to schedule a new delivery.

Tracking / tracking

In Makeup Stuff, you always know where your favorite products are.

All orders submitted by Makeup stuff have an associated tracking code, and will be updated in the purchase order .:

Shipping via CTT with destination in Portugal

Shipping via CTT with international destination must confirm at the Correios de Portugal and at the couriers in the destination country

Authorization to enter the country of destination

All products and brands available at Makeup Stuff are authorized to be marketed and consumed in Portugal and are covered by the Infarmed and DGAV regulations. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm if there is any legislation in your country that prevents the importation and consumption of any of the products or substance contained therein.

In cases where the products are not allowed to enter, the product may be returned automatically as soon as it arrives at the customs office of the destination country, due to a non-authorization, the value of the discount voucher products will be refunded, less the costs of Transportation and any customs fees or costs associated with the return;


Exchange and Return Policy

At Makeup Stuff, our main goal is your total satisfaction. Purchasing decisions are easy, quick and totally transparent.

However, if you are not satisfied, the deadline to request the exchange or return of the products is 14 days after the date of receipt of the order. To do so, you must:

Complete the contact form stating the intention to exchange or return the product;

Mention the order number;

Mention the reference (s) of the product (s) you want to exchange and / or return;

Within a maximum period of up to 2 working days, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order and reminding all data for the return of the product (s).

It is very important that you:

Wait for our e-mail with the data of the return and keep the product (s) in the same conditions received to be able to return it;

Please follow the maximum period of up to 7 working days after we confirm your request to send the product (s) to our address along with a copy of the Invoice.

The costs of sending the merchandise for exchange are the responsibility of the customer, as well as the incidence of any fees, and there is no refund of the store

For our part:

We will review the product (s) returned within 5 business days.

If you have respected all the previous points, we will return the value of your order within a maximum of 30 days, less shipping costs and any fees.

In case of exchanges of products the cost of sending the substitute (s) is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

In order for the return or exchange to be accepted, it is essential that you respect the following rules:

The product must be sealed, in its original packaging, including with cellophane or protective labels (if any);

If the product box is not sealed, keep the product seal, or any other use protection, intact;

You must ensure that all the components attached to the product follow: samples, gifts, package insert, among others, respecting the original conditions of shipment;

Preserve the invoice, keeping in mind that a copy of it must accompany the return of the product to Makeup Stuff.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

All differences or claims arising from the interpretation or execution of this Legal Notice will be governed by Portuguese law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Courts of Porto.

In shipments outside the European Community orders can be randomly selected for customs clearance. In the event of import tariffs and other fees, the payment is entirely the responsibility of the customers.
